We are very pleased to announce that we have been awarded the complete Life Safety & Security Systems contract @ Wuxi Biologics, the new Pharmaceutical plant currently being built in Dundalk, Co Louth.
WuXi Biologics is to invest €325m in a new biopharmaceuticals manufacturing facility and will provide a valuable employment boost for the Dundalk area leading to the creation of 400 new jobs once in full production (estimated at 2021). Once complete, WuXi Biologics Ireland will be the world’s largest facility using single-use bio-reactor technology.
Wilec (Fire & Security) will provide the following for the project – Project Management, Design Assistance, Systems commissioning for all the Life Safety Systems on site ie Fire Alarm System, Aspirating/Smoke Detection Systems, Gas Detection System, Disabled Refuge System and we will also be project managing, installing & commissioning all the Electronic Security Systems on Site.
